Bvba Movimiento, including Yes2me and Yes2trust (hereinafter Movimiento), specialized in coaching, training and mentoring.
Movimiento takes the privacy of their users very seriously. Your data is absolutely safe and will never be sold to third parties.
The data protection policy below sets out in clear terms which data Movimiento processes from its users, how it tries to optimally protect the data of its users and what rights the users can exercise.
By using the Movimiento websites and the associated services, the user accepts the practices as described in this data protection policy as well as the cookie policy.

1. Processing of data
Article 1. Consent
1.1. By registering, the user gives his/her consent to Movimiento - and processors acting on behalf of Movimiento - for the processing of his/her personal data.
1.2. If the personal data is used for purposes for which the consent of the user is required, the user will always be asked for explicit, written consent.
Article 2. Collecting data
2.1. In order for Movimiento to be able to provide the services set out in its General Terms and Conditions, it is necessary to collect and store the personal data that the user communicates, inter alia, in the context of the registration process for as long as Movimiento deems it necessary or sooner: when the user requests this data remove.
Access to the Movimiento platform takes place via the email address provided by the user and the password chosen by him/her (the login details).

2.2. Movimiento uses the "Google Analytics" service, a service of the company Google Inc. for web analysis. You can ensure that the storage and processing of this data is no longer possible in the future via the following link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=nl.
2.3. Movimiento uses so-called "cookies" to individually design and optimize the online experience and online time of the users. A cookie is a small file that is sent by our website and placed by the browser used on the device with which the user visits our website. 2.4. Advertising cookies
With the consent of the user, we use cookies from Google (DoubleClick) and Facebook (Facebook Custom Audience, Facebook Impressions, Facebook Connect and Facebook Pixel) to make advertisements available. These cookies ensure that more relevant advertisements are displayed to the user.

2.5. Social media
We want to make it as easy as possible for our users to share our content from our website via social media. This can be done by means of a number of social media buttons.

Your data may also be transferred by Facebook to the United States. This transfer of data also takes place on the basis of the EU-VS Privacy Shield Framework. More information about the transfer of data to the United States by Facebook can be found here.
2.6. Disable and delete
The user at all times has the option to refuse or disable the placing of cookies. You can do this via your browser settings. Article 3. Use of data
Movimiento mainly collects personal data to provide the user with a safe, qualitative, result-oriented and personalized experience while using its services.
The data is used more specifically for the following purposes:
- Maintaining participant and guest lists for its events;
- Contacting these people in the context of the organization of its events;
- The facilitation of the purchased products or services.
- Notifying you of new events or other news from Movimiento or its brands. The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe';
- Making adjustments and improvements to the Movimiento services;
- The proper and/or optimal provision of customer support;
- Detecting and preventing unlawful acts or activities in violation of Movimiento's General Terms and Conditions.
- Developing or debugging Movimiento's services.
Article 4. Sharing with third parties
4.1. Data is not sold to third parties.
4.2. Personal data is only provided to third parties in an anonymous form:
- If this is necessary to provide the service offered (e.g. payment processing, Movimiento does this with the company Paypro, their privacy policy can be found here.);
- If the user has given his/her explicit permission for this (eg when publishing a success story);
- When the provision is permitted under the relevant legal provisions for a specific body legally authorized to do so (e.g. in the case of a government investigation).
Outside of these scenarios, there may be a few companies that have access to your data, including various mailing providers (MailBlue, Enormail and Mailerlite), webinar systems (Webinargeek and Easywebinar), the bookkeeper and a virtual assistant. You can consult the privacy policy of each of above-mentioned companies by clicking on the link, so you can see how they handle the user data. Some of these companies are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred, stored and processed in the United States. This is done under the EU-VS Privacy Shield Framework.
2. Data Security

5.1. Maximum data security is pursued with the aid of appropriate technical and organizational measures.
All information entered by the user during registration or when logging in to Movimiento is encrypted. This encryption seals the data transfer between the user's internet browser and the Movimiento web server and thus prevents misuse of this data. The encryption technique used here is an SSL certificate.
5.2. Both Movimiento and our providers make every effort to keep your personal data safe.

6.1. Right of access - information
Movimiento has tried to set out its policy in clear terms in this document. However, the user has the right, by written request, at reasonable intervals, to obtain additional information about the data stored for his/her person at Movimiento, about their origin, about the purpose for which they are stored and about the recipient to whom the data is passed on.
6.2. Right to object
The user reserves the right to revoke the given consent in whole or in part at any time, which may lead to the impossibility of making further use of Movimiento's services.
The user also has the right to object to the use of his/her data for direct marketing purposes.
A written request is sufficient for this, stating: (1) The e-mail address or username provided to Movimiento (2) The password.
6.3. Right to rectification
You also have the right to inspect your personal data and the right to rectify your personal data. If you want to know which personal data we process, you can submit a written request for access. If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request us in writing to change or supplement your data.
6.4. Right to erasure
The user has the right to demand rectification or deletion of his/her personal data stored with Movimiento at any time.
You have the right to erasure of your personal data, a right to restrict processing and a right to object to the processing. In addition, you have the right to transfer or make transferable your data. You can also submit a written request for this.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. The changes will come into effect on the announced date of entry into force.
